Pulse is published by Pierre Ousset, operating the service independently. No company registration number (SIREN / SIRET) is published here yet. If a company is later formed to operate Pulse, these notices will be updated with the registered name, number, RCS and registered office.
The site and application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Database hosting for the production service uses Neon (Neon, Inc.) or another PostgreSQL provider configured for the deployment.
